Your Experience Matters

This event is for  individuals who are active substance users, participants in recovery from substance use, and/or other participants impacted by SUD, such as caretakers, loved ones, community members, or others impacted by SUD.

This is a safe place and a drug-free setting. 

• Regional Discussions:  Bring together people with lived and living experience to discuss local challenges, identify solutions, and influence policies and services that support recovery and wellbeing. Be part of the conversation and help make a difference in your community.
• Town Halls:  Designed to build bridges by allowing participants to tell their stories, identify shared issues, and find common ground for action, enhancing empowerment around SUD issues.
  
• Focused Sessions: Interactive conversations designed to deepen understanding of the SUD issues presented, encouraging participants to respond to one another’s comments in a safe, non-judgmental environment. There are two separate sessions, to support English-speakers and Spanish-speakers.

Gift Cards

• For in-person sessions: To be eligible to receive a $30 Gift Card, you must attend the Town Hall session and one Focus Group session. If you can attend only one of the sessions listed above, you will receive a $15 gift card.
• For virtual sessions: All participants will receive a $25 Digital Target Gift Card for their active participation.

Event Check-In & Meals

• For in-person events, please plan to arrive between 9 and 9:30 am and enjoy our complementary Continental breakfast.  Lunch will be available during the 12:30-1 pm break.
